SP Paint Code of Conduct
- We adhere to a Zero Tolerance for non-compliance of safety and it is compulsory for all personnel to have the required PPE where necessary.
- Behave with Honesty and Integrity.
- Zero Tolerance for improper handling, abuse, misuse, damage or stealing form SP Paint and its customers.
- Zero Tolerance for possession or use of drugs or alcohol or under the influence of alcohol on SP Paint property or its customers property.
- Smoking will only be tolerated in designated areas.
- No private activities within working hours and no private activities with company assets or customers assets.
- All staff to adhere to labour rules and regulations as per Government Regulations and enforced by the Department of Labour.
- All staff to adhere to site specific rules and regulations with no exceptions.
